NVQ assessment
KBP is an NVQ assessment centre for the IRRV Housing and Council Tax Benefits NVQ Level 3.

This NVQ gives a candidate the same qualification as the IRRV Technician course done through the exam route.

KBP can provide an assessor and all the support required to help a candidate through the NVQ process.

Housing Benefit & Council Tax Benefit Training
KBP provides training for local authority staff and others who have a link to these benefits, such as advice agencies.

Although we run most courses at our Maidstone training suite, we can come to you to deliver a course if you have enough delegates.

KBP has a fully functional IT training suite at our Maidstone site which can be hired.

Resilience support
KBP can help a Benefits or Customer Service section with support when you need it. We have assessors trained to use Academy, Northgate and IBS as well as a variety of DIP systems.
